MENTORSHIP, CONSULTATIONS & CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Finding Your Flow in the Therapy Room — and Within Yourself

Clinical Supervision & Mentorship

𖦹
Becoming a therapist is deeply meaningful work — and it can also feel overwhelming, vulnerable, and isolating at times. Supervision should be more than just signing hours. It should feel supportive, collaborative, grounding, and growth-oriented.

I provide individual clinical supervision and mentorship for associate clinicians seeking licensure who want a space to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and feel more supported in the process of becoming the therapist they want to be.

  • 60-minute sessions — $100/hour

Offered at an accessible rate for students - I believe doing this deeper work requires support and having someone who has been there can be so helpful. I provide a supportive space for social work students navigating the emotional, academic, and personal demands of becoming a therapist.

    Support can include:

    • Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout

    • Practicum stress and imposter syndrome

    • Processing emotionally heavy client experiences

    • Building confidence in clinical settings

    • Navigating identity as a future therapist

    • Developing grounding and coping tools

    • Balancing school, work, and personal life

  • 60-minute supervision sessions — $125

Consistent, supportive supervision for associate clinicians seeking licensure. Ongoing supervision offers a space to deepen clinical understanding, strengthen confidence, process challenges, and continue growing your therapeutic identity over time.

    This can include:

    • Case consultation and conceptualization

    • Treatment planning and documentation support

    • Ethical guidance and navigating complex cases

    • Trauma-informed and nervous system-based interventions

    • Countertransference and self-of-the-therapist work

    • Support with burnout, boundaries, and sustainability in the field

    • Building confidence and clinical voice

  • 60-minute consultation sessions — $125

For clinicians who may not need ongoing supervision but want support navigating specific cases, difficult client dynamics, professional transitions, or clinical stuck points.

These sessions can be helpful for:

    • Processing challenging sessions

    • Gaining fresh perspective on cases

    • Exploring interventions and next steps

    • Building confidence with higher acuity clients

    • Support during career shifts or practice growth

    • Re-grounding after emotionally heavy clinical work
