MENTORSHIP, CONSULTATIONS & CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Finding Your Flow in the Therapy Room — and Within Yourself
Clinical Supervision & Mentorship
𖦹
Becoming a therapist is deeply meaningful work — and it can also feel overwhelming, vulnerable, and isolating at times. Supervision should be more than just signing hours. It should feel supportive, collaborative, grounding, and growth-oriented.
I provide individual clinical supervision and mentorship for associate clinicians seeking licensure who want a space to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and feel more supported in the process of becoming the therapist they want to be.
-
60-minute sessions — $100/hour
Offered at an accessible rate for students - I believe doing this deeper work requires support and having someone who has been there can be so helpful. I provide a supportive space for social work students navigating the emotional, academic, and personal demands of becoming a therapist.
Support can include:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
Practicum stress and imposter syndrome
Processing emotionally heavy client experiences
Building confidence in clinical settings
Navigating identity as a future therapist
Developing grounding and coping tools
Balancing school, work, and personal life
-
